The previous locations were Grenoble (France 1996), Noordwijkerhout (The Netherlands 1998), Aix-en-Provence (France 2000), Vigo (Spain 2002), Lausanne (Switzerland 2004), Stockholm (Sweden 2006) and Budapest (Hungary, 2008).
