Registration for EWME 2010 includes attendance to all EWME2010 sessions including banquet, one copy of the proceedings, and lunches on all three days. Student registration includes the same but you have to prove that you are a full-time (e.g. PhD) student to be eligible. Advance registration is open until March 26. After this date, the on-site registration cost will be charged. Extra banquet tickets or extra proceedings cost 60 €.

At least one author must be registered for the paper to be published in the conference proceedings. Authors must register before March 17 to guarantee that their papers appear in the proceedings and program.

Important : the registration price does NOT include the bank transfer fee.

Conference payment receipts will be handled to you at the conference.

We will send you a confirmation email once the bank transfer is validated.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be received by May 5, 2010, and are subject to a cancellation fee of 50 €. Authors of papers included in the proceedings and the program cannot cancel.
