- Regular papers (accepted for oral presentation): authors must prepare a maximum 8 pages long paper, and no less than 6 pages.
- Posters (or Interactive Presentation): authors must prepare a short paper of 6 pages maximum, and no less than 4 pages.
- Papers for special sessions : Papers must have between 6 and 8 pages. Please select the corresponding special session in the EasyChair submission portal.
Poster authors can present their work as an Interactive Presentation (IP) following the principle of other conferences. Please inform us in advance about the type of presentation you prefer (poster or IP).
All papers must be formatted according to the IEEE style, templates provided below.

Instructions for the submission of the camera ready paper
Before Creating a PDF
- Use MS Word and LaTeX templates to format your paper (optional). (http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html)
- Proofread your source document thoroughly before submitting to PDF eXpress Plus.
Using the PDF eXpress Plus site
Go to IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site to create your account. (http://www.pdf-express.org/plus)
New Users:
- 1. Select the New Users – Click Here link.
- 2. Enter:
- a. recosoc13xp for the Conference ID (all lower case)
- b. your e-mail address
- b. your e-mail address
- 3. Continue to enter information as prompted. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you verifying your account was set-up.
Previous Users:
Follow the above steps, but enter the same password used previously with PDF eXpress to create the recosoc13xp account. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Once your conference account is created, you may log-in to PDF eXpress Plus site without selecting the New Users link
Submitting Your Copyright
You will receive an email from IEEE eCopyright with instructions and a link on how to proceed in submitting your copyright form. This is a required step and failure to submit your copyright will result in your paper not being published.
